We offer a full event planning service, finding venues, arranging catering, staff, décor, accommodation, equipment and entertainment. Every event is unique and tailor-made, to fit your vision, taking care of you from start to finish. We can even provide gifts for all occasions.
We can design commercial and personal events such as Weddings, Christenings, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Pamper Parties, Brunches, Outdoor Events, Promoted Events, Birthdays, Funerals, Corporate Events and Dinner Parties (from 2 people)
We will work with you to deliver all of your requirements, whether it is the full event or just some elements. Please be aware any items not provided by us will not be managed by us.
The use of an experienced event planner is mainly to take the stress away from you and allow you to enjoy your event. In addition, we will seek to save you money where we can, by negotiate the best rates, discounts, terms and conditions on your behalf and co-ordinate all aspects of your event. We will ensure we supply reputable suppliers.
We consider the size and capacity of venue needed for the number of guests, facilities provided, parking, technical needs and budget constraints. We visit venues to check on the quality of the facilities and liaise with clients, keeping them informed of decisions made.
We would always suggest getting in touch with us as soon as you have the event in mind, we can then keep watch of all factors and news updates on your behalf. How long the planning will actually take is dependent on the event but 6 – 12 months is a good time to make an enquiry regarding your event, this gives us all more than enough time to put everything in place and ensure a successful event.
With clear vision, we can secure an event in 2 weeks. You will need to be more flexible on budget and expectancy, but it can be facilitated.
Prior to providing you with a quote, we will discuss everything. All charges will depend on the size, time needed to plan and how much involvement is required from us. We will work to your budget and plan accordingly but we all know some things may be a last-minute requirement. We would never agree to any charges outside of the quoted figure without communicating this with you first and there will be no surprises.
We are meticulous about keeping track of everything we need to spend money on. This is done by constant monitoring and updating spreadsheets, knowing where to prioritise spending and keeping aside a budget to cater for emergency contingencies.
We have extensive experience in dealing with the unexpected. We build in contingency measures for all our events and are constantly formulating plans to cope with emergency situations. Rest assured your event is always in the most capable hands.
We’re aware that sometimes things happen which are outside of your control. In the event of needing a refund for a cancelled event, do discuss this with your event planner as early as possible, before extra services and products may have been ordered. We will discuss our policies with you before entering into contracts and then liaise with you in the unfortunate event of an event being cancelled.
For both events and gifting, we do not currently offer international delivery, only UK Mainland.

Based on our gifts being handmade and bespoke, standard delivery will be with you in 3 - 5 days and we offer free delivery on all orders over £60. Speedy delivery will be with you in 2 -3 days.

Due to the bespoke nature of our gifting service, all items are non refundable, unless the item is faulty. In which case, please send us images of your item and any damages and we will arrange the best way for you to return the item.
